Tea is drunk by millions of people worldwide. For Tea Day, we want to take our daily tea to the next level. The London Fog is a drink that, despite its name, comes from Vancouver, Canada. It is particularly popular on the west coast of Canada.
Ingredients (1 serving):
- Earl Gray Tea 1 (tea bags)
- 200ml boiling water
- 70ml Barista oat milk (or other easily frothable plant milk)
- Vanilla extract
Step 1
Boil water, then add the tea bag and let the tea steep for 2 minutes. Then remove the tea bag.
Step 2
Heat the milk, but do not boil it. Then froth the milk with a hand frother or milk frother.
Step 3
Top the tea with the steamed milk and round off the drink with a few drops of vanilla extract. Stir briefly and enjoy.
