How long does shipping take?

We will ship your order within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Orders received by us by 12:00 noon usually leave our warehouse on the same day. DHL delivery times are usually 1-3 days. From our experience, your order will usually be with you within 2 working days. We cannot provide any guarantee for DHL delivery times.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide. 

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs within Germany are free from 69€ and within the EU from 99€. Everything below costs €6.90 within Germany and €12.90 in the EU.

For deliveries to Switzerland we charge a flat rate of €25.00, which includes the customs clearance fee. Import duties such as customs duties and sales taxes are not included in the price and are levied by the respective customs. 

For deliveries to other countries worldwide we charge a flat rate of €60.00. Customs clearance fees and import taxes such as customs duties and sales tax
are not included in the price and are levied by the respective customs.

Which shipping service provider do you work with?

For your order we use different DHL shipping options such as DHL Parcel, DHL Express or DHL Small Package. Lieferungen an DHL-Packstationen sind ebenso möglich.

All packages are sent with the sustainable optionGoGreen
in order to optimally fulfill our sustainability promise.

We also pack in a space-optimized manner, so that we do not produce any unnecessary waste and send packages with as little empty space as possible. We completely avoid plastic packaging and unnecessary filling material.

Can I have my order delivered to a packing station?

Since we ship with DHL, delivery to a packing station is also possible.

Where is my order? 

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link that you can use to track your order. You can also contact service@hutchputch.de at any time if you have any further questions.
