Custom-made products • Pillows

❗️If you would like to order a custom-made product but have not yet contacted us personally: Please contact Isa first by email at: service@hutchputch.de with your desired product, your desired size and the desired color of your custom-made product. 

You have already ordered a custom-made product from our customer service and now want to pay for it? Then you've come to the right place. 

This is how the payment process works: 

1. Select your appropriate pillow size (you should have discussed this with Isa from Service beforehand)
2. In addition, add the product “Custom-made product 10€ surcharge” to your shopping cart.
3. Pay for the product + the 10€ surcharge like a regular product from our range in the checkout. 

Please note: Custom-made products are excluded from exchange and cannot be combined with discount offers from our regular range.
