Do I need a user account to order?

You can also place an order without a user account. However, an account is helpful for future orders because your data is already stored.

Can I also order custom-made products?

We are happy to make special orders for you. Simply contact us at service@hutchputch.de and tell us your wishes. Please note, however, that production and delivery times can be significantly longer than for all regular products.

The product I would like to order is sold out. What can I do?

If a product that you would like to purchase is currently not available, you can be notified directly of the product by activating the notify function. As soon as stock is available again, you will automatically receive an email from us.

What payment methods are there?

You can pay via Paypal, prepayment or on account (Klarna).

How do I cancel my order?
