A must-have for your Easter weekend. Delicious Easter granola. Perfect in combination with yogurt and fresh fruits. Very easy and quick to do! 

Ingredients

  • 340 grams of oat flakes
  • 170 grams of pecans  
  • 60 grams of almonds
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 110 grams of liquid coconut oil
  • 120 grams of maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 125 grams of vegan Easter eggs

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 170°C top/bottom heat and line a baking tray with baking paper. 

Step 2

Mix the oats, nuts, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl. 

Step 3

Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix everything well. Place the granola on the baking sheet and spread evenly. 

Step 4

Put the granola in the oven for 21 - 24 minutes. The granola must then cool completely, at least 45 minutes. Break the granola by hand if you want large pieces, otherwise you can stir it with a spoon. Add your vegan Easter eggs and mix everything together. 

Step 5

Now you can store your Easter granola in an airtight container for 1 - 2 weeks, or store it in the freezer for up to 3 months.
